Abstract: (11 Views)
Purpose; The present study was conducted to develop a Generation Z digital resilience model in order to deal with technology challenges intelligently.
Methodology: The statistical population of the study consists of managers of government organizations and university professors, who were selected based on the principle of theoretical sufficiency and the purposive sampling method. Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The interviews were conducted in 45-60 minute intervals and, after obtaining permission, were recorded and then transcribed. The thematic analysis approach based on Brown and Clark's (2006) six-step framework was used to analyze qualitative data. MAXQDA software was also used to manage and organize the data, which facilitated the coding, categorization, and final analysis of the themes. To strengthen the validity of the results, participant review was used; the researcher's interpretation of the interviews was sent to the interviewees, and their approval was obtained. Also, peer review was used to match the codes and themes. To increase the reliability of the research, part of the data was coded twice by two independent researchers, and then the results were matched. This helped to examine the consistency of the code interpretation and reduce possible bias.
Findings: The findings indicate that the developed model identified the areas and challenges, required skills, organizational support, and intelligent coping behaviors of digital resilience. Also, the consequences of the phenomenon of digital resilience in terms of intelligent coping behaviors were identified
