هدف: در پاسخ به نیازهای فزایند سازمان‌ها به توسعه پایدار، این مطالعه تلاش کرده است تا با تلفیق دیدگاه‌های رفتاری و مدیریتی در حوزه منابع انسانی، سازوکارهایی را شناسایی کند که از طریق آن‌ها آموزش زیست‌محیطی می‌تواند به تغییرات عملی در رفتار کارکنان منجر شود. در این راستا هدف پژوهش، بررسی نقش آموزش سبز در ارتقای عملکرد سبز کارکنان بود. در این رابطه نقش میانجی بازآفرینی سبز و نقش تعدیل‌گر رهبری پایدار نیز آزمون شد.
طرح پژوهش/ روش‏‌شناسی/ رویکرد: جهت تحقق هدف پژوهش از روش پیمایش و مدل‌­سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. با استفاده از داده‌های 144 پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری­‌شده از کارکنان شرکت گاز یکی از استان‌های کشور، مدل مفهومی پژوهش آزمون شد. نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس 3 برای آزمون فرضیه‌­های مدل مورداستفاده قرار گرفت.
یافته­‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، آموزش سبز به‌طور مستقیم تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد سبز کارکنان ندارد، اما از طریق متغیر میانجی بازآفرینی سبز اثر غیرمستقیم و مثبتِ معناداری بر عملکرد سبز کارکنان دارد. همچنین رابطه میان بازآفرینی سبز و عملکرد سبز تحت تأثیر سطح رهبری پایدار در سازمان قرار دارد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که در شرایط وجود رهبری پایدار، این رابطه تقویت می‌شود.
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: از دیدگاه نظری، این پژوهش با ترکیب سه سازه کلیدی آموزش سبز، بازآفرینی سبز و رهبری پایدار، چارچوب مفهومی نوینی ارائه داده است که می‌تواند در توسعه ادبیات مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز مؤثر واقع شود.
پیشنهادهای اجرایی/ پژوهشی: از منظر کاربردی، فقط ارائه آموزش‌های محیط‌زیستی برای ارتقای عملکرد سبز کارکنان کافی نیست، بلکه فعال‌سازی رفتارهای بازآفرینانِ و فراهم‌سازی بستر رفتاری مناسب، شرط لازم برای تحقق اهداف پایداری است.
