هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه الگوی حکمرانی دیجیتال با رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری فراگیر، انجام پذیرفت.
طرح پژوهش/روش‌‏شناسی/رویکرد: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت و روش، توصیفی تحلیلی و از حیث روش گردآوری اطلاعات، اکتشافی متوالی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر خبرگان مشتمل بر مدیران، کارشناسان و متخصصان حوزه دیجیتال و فناوری اطلاعات در شرکت‌­های صنعتی و به‌­طور ویژه شرکت‌­های پتروشیمی هستند که با استفاده از روش نمونه­‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس اصل کفایت نظری 25 نفر از آن­ها به‌­عنوان نمونه پژوهش در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه است. برای بررسی روایی و پایایی ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی از روش محتوایی و روایی نظری و پایایی درون کدگذار میان کدگذار استفاده شد همچنین روایی و پایایی ابزار گردآوری داده‌­ها در بخش کمی، روایی اعتبار محتوا و پایایی باز آزمون بود. در این پژوهش برای تحلیل داده‌­ها در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری با کمک نرم‌افزار مکس‌­کیو­دا استفاده شد. همچنین برای تحلیل کمی از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری کل فازی استفاده گردید.
یافته­‌ها: نتایج پژوهش مشتمل بر ارائه الگوی حکمرانی دیجیتال در چهار محور فلسفه حکمرانی دیجیتال، بسترهای حکمرانی دیجیتال، ابعاد پیاده‌­سازی حکمرانی دیجیتال و پیامدهای آن است.
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: ارزش و اصالت پژوهش در ارائه الگویی چهار سطحی و صنعت محور از حکمرانی دیجیتال برای نخستین بار در شرکت‌های پتروشیمی ایران نهفته است که ضمن بسط نظریه حکمرانی دیجیتال با مؤلفه‌های نوینی همچون چابکی ساختاری و سفیران دیجیتال، مدارک تجربی معتبری برای اثبات تأثیر فلسفه و بسترها بر پیاده‌سازی و پیامدهای آن فراهم می‌آورد.
پیشنهادهای اجرایی/ پژوهشی: این پژوهش می‌تواند به شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های کلیدی در فرآیند دیجیتالی شدن کمک کند و زمینه‌ساز توسعه پایدار و رقابت‌پذیری در صنعت گردد.
