Objective: Wisdom-based leadership, as a new approach, plays an important role in shaping positive employee behaviors. This study examines the effect of wisdom-based leadership on organizational citizenship behavior by analyzing the mediating role of perceived organizational trust. Its goal is to develop theories of leadership and organizational behavior and practical strategies for managers to promote trust and motivation of employees in organizations.

Research Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of method with a structural equation approach. Its statistical population includes managers and employees of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the sample size of 365 people was determined using the Cochran formula and at a confidence level of 95%. Sampling was done using a simple random method.
Findings: The research findings indicate that the wisdom-based leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the perceived organizational behavior of employees in the organization
