هدف: معنویت در محیط کار به‌­عنوان یک پارادایم نوظهور در مدیریت منابع انسانی، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، زیرا می‌تواند بستر روان‌شناختی حمایتی و سازنده‌ای برای کارکنان فراهم آورد. در راستای شناخت بهتر و کامل‌تر این پدیده انتزاعی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازشناسی ابعادِ مفهومی معنویت در محیط کار، انجام شده است.
طرح پژوهش/ روش‌‏شناسی/ رویکرد: این مطالعه در چارچوب پارادایم تفسیری با رویکردی کیفی، رهیافت استقرایی و با روش مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات انجام شده است. منابع اطلاعاتی این پژوهش، شامل مقالات علمی منتشر شده در پایگاه‌های معتبر بین‌المللی در بازه زمانی ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۴ است که از میان آنها ۵۱ مقاله واجد شرایط، برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌­وتحلیل محتوای مقالات منتخب نیز از روش تحلیل مضمون، استفاده شده است.
یافته‌­ها: ابعاد مفهومی تشکیل دهنده معنویت در محیط کار، شامل چهار مضمون فراگیر است: ابعاد فردی (معناجویی، رشد شخصی و آرامش ناشی از کار معنادار)، میان‌فردی (اعتماد، همبستگی و تعلق)، سازمانی (همسویی ارزش‌های فردی و سازمانی، فضای حمایتی) و فراسازمانی (خدمت به جامعه و محیط زیست فراتر از منافع شخصی).
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: ایجاد شناختی به نسبت جامع‌ از ابعاد تشکیل‌دهنده معنویت در محیط کار نقطه قوت این پژوهش به شمار می‌رود. شناخت این عوامل می‌تواند آگاهی ارزشمندی برای پرورش آن در محیط کار و بهره‌مندی از فواید و نتایج آن حاصل کند.
