هدف: در شرایط رقابت فزاینده و محدودیت منابع، بازترکیب منابع به‌عنوان رویکردی خلاقانه برای بهره‌برداری بهینه از ظرفیت‌های موجود می‌تواند به تقویت کارآفرینی سازمانی منجر شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر بازترکیب منابع بر کارآفرینی سازمانی با نقش میانجی تشخیص فرصت و نقش تعدیل‌گر جهت‌گیری یادگیری در شرکت‌های تولیدی استان آذربایجان شرقی است.
روش‌شناسی (رویکرد): این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت‌های فعال در صنایع غذایی، دارویی و بهداشتی استان آذربایجان شرقی (۷۵۰ شرکت) است که از میان آن‌ها ۲۵۴ نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از پرسشنامه و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای اس­پی­اس­اس نسخه ۲۵ و اسمارت پی­ال­اس نسخه ۳ تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بازترکیب منابع تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تشخیص فرصت دارد و تشخیص فرصت نیز بر کارآفرینی سازمانی اثرگذار است. نقش میانجی تشخیص فرصت تأیید شد؛ اما نقش تعدیل‌گر جهت‌گیری یادگیری معنادار نبود.
اصالت پژوهش: این مطالعه با بررسی هم‌زمان بازترکیب منابع، تشخیص فرصت و جهت‌گیری یادگیری در بستر صنایع تولیدی ایران، به توسعه ادبیات کارآفرینی سازمانی کمک می‌کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش بر اهمیت تأثیر بازترکیب منابع بر کارآفرینی سازمانی شرکت‌های تولیدکننده‌ فعال در صنعت مواد غذایی، دارویی و بهداشتی استان آذربایجان شرقی تأکید دارد و می‌تواند راهنمای کاربردی برای مدیران در جهت توسعه ظرفیت‌های نوآورانه باشد.
