In today′s changing environment, pharmaceutical firms are competing hard with each other to achieve competitive advantage so that they can be 
differentiated from others and can enhance their organizational performance. 
Under such condition, and to achieve such organizational objectives, 
these firms must develop new technological competencies, strengthen 
organizational learning and acquire intensive participation of internal 
entrepreneurs. This study assesses the relationship between organizational learning, corporate technological entrepreneurship and technological innovation, and analyzes their effects on firm performance. Statistical population consists of all pharmaceutical firms in Iran. 96 firms were selected as sample based on Cochran’s formula. 96 questionnaires were distributed and 62 acceptable questionnaires were returned. Correlation analysis and Partial Least Squares, based on Structural Equation Modeling and PLS software were employed to analyze the data. The results show significant relationship between organizational learning, technological innovation, corporate technological entrepreneurship and firm performance. Also, findings reveal that organizational learning has a significant and positive impact on technological innovation and corporate technological entrepreneurship.
