Generally. management is one of man's most difficult and most delicate affairs it has its specific characteristics. It happens that the lack of one of these characteristics leads to the stagnation of affairs or to chaos in the management territory. The laymen consider management an easy task, and erroneously assume that it is enough to have a degree in management to be able to be assigned for a job. They mistakenly assume as well that qualified managers andministrators could be located every where.
