هدف: کارآفرینی سازمانی به‌عنوان یکی از گسترده‌ترین انواع کارآفرینی شرایطی را در سازمان‌ها فراهم می‌آورد که فرایند اجرا آن را سریع، راحت و اثربخش می‌کند؛ بنابراین در این پژوهش هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی کارآفرینی سازمانی ادراک‌شده مبتنی بر فنّاوری اطلاعات در سازمان­های عمومی‌ایران با رویکرد آمیخته است.

طرح پژوهش/ روش‏شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش با روش آمیخته (کیفی - کمّی) و هدف کاربردی صورت گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش در بخش ارائۀ الگو شامل مدیران و معاونان سازمان امور دانشجویان و مدیران دولتی، استادان هیئت‌علمی‌رشته‌های کارآفرینی و مدیریت با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و  برای ارائۀ الگو از روش تحلیل کیفی مضمون و روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری - تفسیری و در نهایت برای اعتبارسنجی الگوی نهایی از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در فاز کیفی با نرم‌افزار Maxqda و در فاز کمی‌به ترتیب با نرم‌افزارهای MicMac و Smart Pls انجام شده است.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد رهبری کارآفرینانه و حاکمیت فنّاوری اطلاعات بر استقرار فرهنگ کارآفرینانه (ادراک‌شده) تأثیرگذار است. استقرار فرهنگ کارآفرینانه (ادراک‌شده) بر گرایش کارآفرینانه (ادراک‌شده) و دوسوتوانی فنّاوری اطلاعات اثر گذاشته و به ساختار چابک سازمانی منجر می‌شود. از طریق بهبود ساختار می‌توان به توسعۀ آموزش و دانش و توانمندسازی فنّاورانه کارکنان دست پیدا کرد و درنهایت از طریق بهبود رفتار کارآفرینانۀ کارکنان به توسعۀ کارآفرینی سازمانی (ادراک‌شده) در سازمان عمومی‌دست یافت.

ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: تاکنون پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در ایران بر روی مدل کارآفرینی سازمانی مبتنی بر فنّاوری اطلاعات تمرکز نداشته‌اند.

پیشنهادهای اجرایی/ پژوهشی: به سیاست‌گذاران در دولت پیشنهاد می‌شود که طبق یافته‌های پژوهش برای تحقق کارآفرینی سازمانی در سازمان‌های عمومی‌قوانین و مقررات لازم را وضع نمایند.
