چکیده:   (565 مشاهده)

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی مؤلفه‌های سقف شیشه‌ای در توسعۀ مسیر شغلی کارکنان زن آموزش و پرورش استان مرکزی انجام شده است.
طرح پژوهش/ روش‏شناسی/ رویکرد: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای-کاربردی و از نظر روش، اکتشافی است. ابتدا مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با سقف شیشه‌ای و توسعۀ مسیر شغلی از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای شناسایی و با استفاده از نظر خبرگان نهایی شدند و در نهایت رتبه‌بندی این مؤلفه‌ها با بهره‌گیری از سیستم استنتاج فازی صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که «جو سازمانی جنسیتی»، «اولویت‌بندی بین شغل و نقش مادری»، «تابوی لابی‌گری سازمانی»، «قدرت‌طلبی مردان»، «پایین بودن جایگاه زنان»، «مردانه بودن بازی‌های قدرت» و «سیاست‌های سازمانی مردانه» مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های سقف شیشه‌ای هستند.
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: از نظر مفهوم­شناسی، برای اولین بار با رویکردی جامع، مؤلفه‌های سقف شیشه‌ای در راستای مسیر شغلی کارکنان زن تبیین شد. از نظر روش­شناسی نیز رتبه‌بندی با استفاده از سیستم استنتاج فازی در این زمینه، از دیگر جنبه­های نو پژوهش حاضر است.
پیشنهادهای اجرایی/ پژوهشی: حضور زنان در فضای عمومی باید با ارتقای مهارت‌های شغلی، تقویت نقش‌های حرفه‌ای و ایجاد شبکه‌های ارتباطی مؤثر همراه باشد تا جایگاه ایشان در سطوح بالای سازمانی تثبیت شود.
