Mobile commerce business models will be beneficial for customers if the proposed services include service usage at any location, ability to localize/personalize and comfort in using services. The objective of this research is to explain mobile commerce and design business model in customer interface and product using Osterwalder business model anthology. Hence, this research aims to design and confirm effective factors in designing customer and product interface in mobile commerce business model at macro level. This is done primarily by using Meta synthesis, for extracting factors in mobile commerce business models. Confirming factors and relationship between customer interface with product done by Bonferroni test, correlation analysis, regression analysis. Finding show positive relationship of customer interface on product in propose mobile commerce business model. The results of this research are helpful for active players in mobile commerce value network such as banks, operators and value added service providers (VASP). Formerly, researches conducted for business model design for mobile commerce are limited. Therefore, this research can be influential in mobile commerce business model advancement.
