هدف: هدف پژوهش طراحی و تبیین مدل تیم‌های کاری تاب‌آور در سازمان‌های دولتی بحران‌محور بوده است.
طرح پژوهش/روش‏شناسی/رویکرد : این تحقیق از لحاظ رویکرد تحقیقی، تحقیق آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه با 12 نفر از خبرگان سازمانی و دانشگاهی و پرسشنامه در میان 370 نمونه از کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی بحران‌محور منتخب استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های کیفی شامل 589 مفهوم اولیه، 104 مضمون پایه، 34 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 7 مضمون فراگیر ازقبیل عوامل اختلال‌گر محیطی ـ سازمانی، نظام خط‌مشی‌گذاری تاب‌آوری تیمی، ظرفیت‌های شناختی تاب‌آورانه، شایستگی‌های عملیاتی تاب‌آورانه، زیست‌بوم راهبردی مدیریت منابع انسانی تاب‌آور، تعالی‌بخشی عملکرد سازمانی و تعالی‌بخشی عملکرد تیمی بوده است. یافته‌های کمی نشان داد که عوامل اختلال‌گر محیطی ـ سازمانی اثرگذاری بالاتر بر شایستگی‌های عملیاتی تاب‌آورانه و سازه‌ی نظام خط‌مشی‌گذاری تاب‌آوری تیمی اثرگذاری بالاتر بر ظرفیت‌های شناختی تاب‌آورانه دارد. اما شایستگی‌های عملیاتی تاب‌آورانه بیشترین میزان توجیه‌کنندگی را در آماره ضریب تعیین میان سازه‌های وابسته مدل نشان داد. همچنین زیست‌بوم راهبردی مدیریت منابع انسانی تاب‌آور به‌عنوان سازه‌ای محوری در تحقق تاب‌آوری تیم‌های کاری ایفای نقش می‌کند.
ارزش/اصالت پژوهش: تمرکز بر مفهوم تاب‌­آوری تیمی و گسترش مفهومی تاب­‌آوری در ساختارهای تیم‌های کاری تاب­‌آور را می‌­توان به‌­عنوان ارزش و اصالت پژوهش دانست که در این پژوهش موردتوجه قرار گرفت.
پیشنهادهای اجرایی/پژوهشی: بر اساس یافته­‌های پژوهش ایجاد واحد رصد روندها و رویدادهای محیطی، تدوین و توسعه نظام خط‌مشی‌گذاری تاب‌آوری تیمی، نگاه مرحله‌ای در پیاده‌سازی تاب‌آوری تیمی، زیست‌بوم راهبردی تاب‌آوری تیمی.
