هدف: هدف این پژوهش، ارائه یک چارچوب نظری و کاربردی برای تدوین سیاست‌های توسعه انسانی در سازمان‌ها بر پایه انسان‌شناسی قرآنی است. پرسش اصلی آن است که با توجه به ارزش‌ها و ویژگی‌های انسان در قرآن کریم، چه "بایدهایی" می‌توان برای توسعه انسانی در سازمان‌ها استخراج نمود که بتواند به‌عنوان راهنمای تدوین خط‌مشی‌های توسعه انسانی سازمانی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
طرح پژوهش / روش‌شناسی / رویکرد: این پژوهش کیفی بوده و با روش تحلیل مفهومی انجام‌شده است. آیات مرتبط باارزش‌ها و ویژگی‌های انسانی استخراج و با استناد به تفاسیر معتبر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و بر پایه تحلیل مفهومی و تحلیل میدان معنایی، بایدهای مدیریتی و سازمانی متناظر با هر ویژگی انسانی شناسایی شد.
یافته‌ها: نشان داد که ارزش‌ها و ویژگی‌های انسانی در قرآن کریم را می‌توان در دودسته کلان "ارزش‌ها و ویژگی‌های ذاتی" و "ویژگی‌های بالقوه روانی- رفتاری" طبقه‌بندی نمود. تحلیل مفهومی این دودسته، منجر به استخراج پنج بُعد اصلی برای توسعه انسانی سازمانی شد که شامل بُعد معنوی-الهی، بُعد اخلاقی- ارزشی، بُعد عقلانی- معرفتی، بُعد روانی- هیجانی و بُعد اجتماعی است. هر یک از این پنج بُعد دارای مجموعه‌ای از مؤلفه‌های مشخص مانند ارتقاء معنویت سازمانی، پایداری معنوی، تقویت اخلاق سازمانی، مراقبت اخلاقی، شفافیت اخلاقی، رشد دانش و یادگیری، ارزش‌گذاری بر دانایی و همچنین حفظ سلامت روان، پایداری روانی و تقویت آزادی و اختیار هستند که این ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها، چارچوب نهایی تدوین خط‌مشی توسعه انسانی سازمانی از منظر انسان‌شناسی قرآنی را تشکیل می‌دهند.

ارزش / اصالت پژوهش: این پژوهش با تکیه‌بر انسان‌شناسی قرآنی، منطق توسعه انسانی در سازمان را از رویکردهای ارزشی سکولار به منبع معرفتیِ بومی و الهی منتقل ساخته است و ازنظر نظری، قلمرو توسعه انسانی سازمانی را گسترش می‌دهد. ازنظر کاربردی نیز، الگوی خروجی پژوهش، یک راهنمای عملیاتی برای سازمان‌ها ارائه می‌کند؛ تا در طراحی سیاست‌های توسعه انسانی، به‌صورت هم‌زمان هم قابلیت‌های ایجابی انسان را تقویت کند و هم گرایش‌های بالقوه آسیب‌زا را مدیریت نمایند.
پیشنهادهای اجرایی/ پژوهشی: پیشنهاد می‌شود سازمان‌های دولتی و عمومی، نظام مدیریت منابع انسانی خود را از تمرکز صرف بر مهارت‌های فنی به سمت تقویت متوازن ابعاد ایجابی و سازنده معنوی، اخلاقی، عقلانی، روانی و اجتماعی کارکنان ارتقاء دهند. همچنین پژوهش‌های آتی می‌توانند بر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی ابزارهای اختصاصی برای سنجش عملیاتی این ابعاد در توسعه انسانی سازمان تمرکز کنند.
