چکیده: (764 مشاهده)
هدف: شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کارایی و اثربخشی سازمانی می تواند گامی موثر برای مدیریت بهتر زمان در سازمان باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر مدیریت مبتنی بر وب بر مدیریت زمان سازمانی با نقش میانجی روابط انسانی انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان هرمزگان در سه سطح عالی، میانی، و عملیاتی است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی، 201 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه مدیریت مبتنی بر وب، روابط انسانی، و مدیریت زمان سازمانی استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش به کمک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بهدستآمده گویای آن است که مدیریت مبتنی بر وب با مدیریت زمان سازمانی و روابط انسانی، همچنین روابط انسانی با مدیریت زمان سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد و مشخص شد که مدیریت مبتنی بر وب با مدیریت زمان سازمانی از طریق نقش واسطه‌ای روابط انسانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد.
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: این پژوهش با بررسی مدیریت مبتنی بر وب بر مدیریت زمان سازمانی در میان مدیران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی هرمزگان، ادبیات موجود در این زمینه را توسعه می‌دهد و تاکید دارد که با توجه به مدیریت مبتنی بر وب و توسعه روابط انسانی می توان شاهد توسعه مدیریت زمان سازمانی بود.
