هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر حمایت سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی با نقش میانجی عزت نفس سازمانی است.
طرح پژوهش/ روش‌‏شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش از نوع کمّی و به شکل توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت پخش اطلس دینا (منطقه شمال غرب) بوده است. نحوۀ نمونه‌گیری به صورت طبقه‌ای-تصادفی و قابل‌دسترس از جامعه آماری بوده است. در این پژوهش، از ابزار پرسشنامه و از نظرات 186 نفر از جامعه آماری برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. برای بررسی روابط بین متغیرها نیز چندین فرضیه ارائه شده است که به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. همچنین، از ابزارهای SPSS و SmartPLS برای نتایج و تفسیر فرضیه‌ها استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: حمایت سازمانی بر عزت نفس سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی اثر مثبت و معنادار داشته است. از سوی دیگر، عزت نفس سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی اثر مثبت و معنادار داشته است. در نهایت، خروجی‌ها نشان دادند که عزت نفس سازمانی رابطۀ بین حمایت سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی را به صورت مثبت و معنادار میانجی‏گری می‌کند. همچنین، در میان ابعاد تعهد سازمانی، تعهد عاطفی بیش‏ترین اثرپذیری را از متغیرهای عزت نفس و حمایت سازمانی داشته است. به‌طور کلی، حمایت و عزت نفس سازمانی به بهبود تعهد در شرکت پخش اطلس دینا منجر می‌شود.
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: بررسی نقش میانجی عزت نفس سازمانی در رابطۀ بین حمایت سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی که پیش ‌از این مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار نگرفته بود، دیدگاه جدیدی برای سازمان‌ها ایجاد می‌کند که در این پژوهش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است و از این طریق می‌توان تعهد را در شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها توسعه بخشید.
