چکیده:   (2369 مشاهده)
هدف: این پژوهش به منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت زندگی کاری و بررسی میزان اهمیت آن‏ها از منظر تیپ‏‌های شخصیتی مختلف در سازمان‏‌های دولتی ایران انجام شده است.
طرح پژوهش/ روش‏شناسی/ رویکرد: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌‏ها، آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی، جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی و سازمانی در حوزه مدیریت دولتی است و داده‌‏ها از طریق بررسی مبانی نظری و با تشکیل گروهی از خبرگان از طریق فن دلفی به‏‌دست آمد. در بخش کمّی، جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، معاونان، و کارکنان سازمان‏‌های دولتی ایران هستند و این داده‌‏ها به وسیله پرسش‌نامه گردآوری می‌‏شوند. به منظور شناسایی و استخراج عوامل از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، و از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی برای سنجش ارتباط بین عوامل و شاخص‏‌ها بهره گرفته شد.
یافته‌‏ها: در این پژوهش شش بُعد اجتماعی، ‌فرهنگی، ‌‌‌‌روان‏‌شناختی،‌ اقتصادی،‌ ساختاری، و مدیریتی شناسایی و نتایج به‏‌دست‏‌آمده بر اساس تیپ‏‌های شخصیتی اولویت‌‏بندی شده‌‏اند. در تیپ شخصیتی گشودگی بالا، بُعد فرهنگی و مولفۀ اخلاق کاری در رتبه اول و در تیپ‏‌های شخصیتی روان‏‌رنجورخویی بالا، برون‏‌گرا، مسئول، نرم‏‌خوی بالا، بُعد اجتماعی و مولفۀ ارتباط کار و زندگی در رتبه اول قرار گرفته‌‏اند.
