چکیده:   (352 مشاهده)

هدف: هدفِ پژوهشِ حاضر، اعتباریابی چارچوب ظرفیتِ سازمانی دانشگاهی، از منظر رؤسای دانشگاه­‌های دولتی کشور بوده است.
طرح پژوهش/ روش‌­شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش، با رویکرد کمّی، و با استفاده از روشِ پژوهشِ توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری، شاملِ رؤسای دانشگاه‌­های سراسر کشور، بود که با استفاده از نمونه‌­گیری هدفمند، 60 نفر از رؤسای دانشگاه‌­ها به­ عنوان نمونه­ پژوهش، انتخاب شدند. ابزارِ پژوهش، مقیاس ساخته ­شده، مبتنی بر چارچوبِ ظرفیتِ سازمانی دانشگاهی؛
ترک­زاده و همکاران (2019)  بود که روایی و پایایی آن، با استفاده از تحلیلِ گویه و آلفای کرونباخ، بررسی و تائید شد.
یافته‌­ها: ضرایبِ مسیر حاصل از تحلیلِ عامل تائیدی مرتبه اول و دوم و شاخص‌­های مرتبط، حاکی از برازشِ مناسب، و اعتبارِ چارچوبِ ظرفیت سازمانی دانشگاهی است. بر این اساس، چارچوب مذکور مشتمل بر ابعادِ مأموریتی، مدیریتِ استعداد، زیرساخت‌­ها، فرایندی و عملکردِ سازمانی، از منظر مدیران دانشگاهی، معتبر ارزیابی گردید.
اصالت/ ارزش: تأییدِ اعتبارِ چارچوبِ ظرفیت سازمانی مورد نظر در این پژوهش، بر این امر صحه می­‌گذارد که چارچوبِ مذکور، می­‌تواند در زیست‌­بومِ آموزش عالی، یاری‌­گر مدیران، و سیاست‌­گذاران دانشگاهی در شناسایی، توسعه و تقویت ظرفیت­‌های دانشگاهی، در راستای بهبود اثربخشی باشد.
