This article contains issues that one of the Islamic scoholars by the name of Moula Nazar Ali Taleghani wrote in his book "Kashef Al-asrar" (Exploring the unknown), about one hundred twenty five years ago. The author who happens to be the last editor of the book, has extracted and compiled parts of it for publication in this magazine.
Inspiration from the current type of management in the whole world of being as an organization, based on what has been mentioned in Islamic surces, is foundation for the matters discussed in this article.
The author, emphasizes the fact that every organization, in addition to production of goods and provision of services, has another mission, namely to help all the people working in the organization to reach self-actualization. This mission can be accomplished through the roles played by each emploee in connection with superiors, peers or subordinates.
The roles discussed in this article, as regards to the individual's responsibility towards his inferiors, all follow the goals of developing subordinates, as follows:
A- Attracting the love and affection of subordinates
B- Identifying and announcing merits and unmerits
C- Clarifying the consequences of merit and merit behavior
E- Supervising the individuals continuosly, comprehensively and actively
F- Keeping the subordinates in a state between fear and hope, with more emphasis on hope
The roles that this article has identified as the responsibility of the individual towards his superior, all pivot around acceptance and obedience from superior and are discussed as follows:
A- Accepting and whole hearted in submiting to the superior's orders
B- Observing instructions and directions
C- Trying to reach unification with the superior
The roles this article has made the individual responsible for in relation to his peers are as follows:
A- Mutual trust and sincere collaboration
B- United efforts in the direction of beneficence and elevation
In conclusion, the author has pointed at the examples of the above mentioned roles in the world of being as an organization, in the spirit and inner powers within an individual, in the family surroundings and an individuals' relationship with others. also, the observance of the issues discussed in this article, in all areas mentioned has been emphasized.
