The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a digital governance model in industrial companies with the TISM approach. The present study is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method, and sequential exploratory in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study of experts consists of managers, experts and specialists in the field of digital and information technology in industrial companies, especially petrochemical companies, of which 25 people were considered as the research sample using purposive sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. The data collection tool in the qualitative part is an interview and in the quantitative part is a questionnaire. To examine the validity and reliability of the data collection tool in the qualitative part, the content and theoretical validity method and intra-coder and inter-coder reliability were used. Also, the validity and reliability of the data collection tool in the quantitative part were content validity and test-retest reliability. In this study, the content analysis and coding method was used to analyze the data in the qualitative part with the help of Maxqda software. Also, the total fuzzy interpretative structural modeling method was used for quantitative analysisThe results of the study include presenting a digital governance model in the four axes of digital governance philosophy, digital governance platforms, dimensions of digital governance implementation and its consequences.
