Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of managerial decency on employees' turnover intention with the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the Electricity Distribution Company of Khorasan Razavi Province.
Methodology: This applied, descriptive-survey research is Analytical in nature. The statistical population includes 900 permanent employees of the Electricity Distribution Company of Khorasan Razavi Province, with 384 samples selected using Morgan's table. Data were collected through validated questionnaires, and factor analysis along with reliability and validity indices were employed.
Findings: Managerial decency negatively and significantly affects employees' turnover intention with a coefficient of -0.44. Additionally, perceived organizational support plays a negative and significant moderating role in this relationship with a coefficient of -0.25.
Research Innovation: This study introduces the concept of "managerial decency," defined as managers' focus on doing the right thing and genuinely prioritizing the welfare of employees and colleagues. It investigates its impact on employees' turnover intention and the moderating role of perceived organizational support for the first time in the Electricity Distribution Company of Khorasan Razavi Province.
