fa نقش علوم انسانی در توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify">نقش و اهمیت سرمایه اجتماعی به عنوان مقوله‌ای نسبتاً نوظهوری در عرصه حیات اجتماعی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و اقتصادی جوامع و کارکردهای مهم آن در کنار سایر انواع سرمایه چون سرمایه فرهنگی- انسانی، سرمایه فیزیکی و سرمایه اقتصادی سبب شده است تا تولید و توسعه آن در جوامع زیادی مورد توجه قرار گرفته و مطالعات تطبیقی متعددی برای مقایسه آثار و نتایج مثبت آن در حوزه‌های مختلف و همچنین ارائه راهبردهای کارآمد برای تقویت این سرمایه مهم انجام گیرد. درکشور ما نیز در سال‌های اخیر تلاش‌هایی برای تبیین نقش و جایگاه سرمایه اجتماعی صورت گرفته است. اما کمتر علل و عوامل مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری و راه‌های توسعه این نوع از سرمایه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهند که آموزش عالی بطور عام و حوزه علوم انسانی به طور خاص در تشکیل و توسعه چنین سرمایه‌ای نقش مهمی را ایفا می‌نماید. در این مقاله سعی می‌شود تا ضمن توصیف و تحلیل مفهوم و ماهیت سرمایه اجتماعی و علوم انسانی، نقش و تأثیر علوم انسانی را در تقویت و تعمیق سرمایه اجتماعی مورد کنکاش قرار دهد.</p> The role and importance of social capital as a modern concept in the social, cultural, political and economic contexts of the societies and its important functions besides the other types of capitals (cultural, human, physical and economic) places a greater attention on the development of this concept. Comparative studies have also been conducted to analyze and compare the positive impacts of social capital in different domains and to present effective strategies for the fortification of this type of capital. In Iran, attempts have also been made to clarify the role and status of social capital but the factors that lead to the creation and development of social capital have not been much examined. The results of other relevant studies show that the Higher Education in general and the Liberal Arts domain in particular play an important role in the creation and development of social capital. In this article, attempts have been made to examine the nature of social capital and how it is influenced by the Liberal Arts domain.
