fa تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی، توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، و جهانی شدن بر حاکمیت خوب شهری در پرتو فرهنگ مشارکت و تمایل مقامات محلی پژوهشي Research <strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی برای بررسی پیشایندهای حاکمیت خوب شهری در کلان&rlm;‌شهرهای ایران و روابط میان عوامل موثر بر حاکمیت خوب شهری انجام شده است.<br> <strong>طرح پژوهش/ روش‌&rlm;شناسی/ رویکرد:</strong> نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 40 کلان&rlm;‌شهر ایران است که اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامه میان اعضای شورای هریک از این شهرها جمع‌&rlm;آوری گردید.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌&rlm;های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که متغیرهای توسعه فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات، سرمایه اجتماعی، جهانی شدن، و تمایل مقامات محلی به صورت مثبت و معنادار بر حاکمیت خوب شهری تاثیرگذار هستند و فرهنگ مشارکت بر آن موثر نیست.<br> <strong>ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: </strong>در این پژوهش مدل جدیدی برای حاکمیت خوب شهری معرفی گردید که در نهایت بستر مناسبی برای حفظ و پویایی شاخص‌های حاکمیت خوب شهری است و پیوندها و همبستگی‌ها را برای اجرا و بهبود عملکرد سیستم دولت در بطن جامعه فراهم می‌آورد.<br> <strong>پیشنهادهای اجرایی/ پژوهشی:</strong> با توجه به مدل به‌&rlm;دست‌&rlm;آمده پیشنهادهایی برای استقرار حاکمیت خوب شهری در کلان&rlm;‌شهرهای ایران ارائه می&rlm;‌شود مانند: 1. گسترش کاربرد فناوری&rlm; های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی در مدیریت شهری؛ و 2. ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی. <strong>Purpose:</strong> The aim of this study is to present a model for investigating the antecedents of good urban governance in Iranian mega cities as well as the relations among effective factors of such governance.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methodology:</strong> The statistical sample consisted of fourty mega cities, for which the city councils completed the questionnaires.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Findings show that the information and communication&nbsp;technology development, social capital, globalization and local&nbsp;authorities&rsquo; inclination variables positively and significantly affect good urban governance, but participation culture does not.<br> <strong>Implications:</strong> A new model for good urban governance has been&nbsp;introduced.
