fa بررسی تحلیلی رابطه رشد اقتصادی و توزیع درآمد در کشورهای منطقه آمریکای لاتین مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify">رابطه میان رشد اقتصادی و توزیع درآمد، از جمله موضوعاتی است که برای همه کشورها به‌ویژه اقتصادهای در حال توسعه بسیار حایز اهمیت است. درباره ارتباط این دو پدیده‏، دیدگاه‌های متفاوت و در بعضی موارد، متضادی وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تحلیلی رابطه رشد اقتصادی و توزیع درآمد در کشورهای حوزه آمریکای لاتین است. برای این کار، از دو شاخص ضریب جینی و نسبت پراکندگی درآمدی دهک‌ها استفاده می‌شود. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، ارتباط این دو پدیده در منطقه آمریکای لاتین، برای برخی کشورها مثبت و برای برخی دیگر منفی بوده است. برای کشورهایی مانند برزیل و آرژانتین، رشد اقتصادی و توزیع درآمد، هم‌جهت بوده‌اند، اما در کشوری مانند شیلی، رشد همراه با سیاست‌های حمایتی جدی دولت، بر توزیع درآمد مؤثر بوده است. در مجموع، از سال ٢٠٠٣ میلادی، در اقتصادهای حوزه آمریکای لاتین، روند بهبود در توزیع درآمد آغاز شده است. ویژگی مهم این دوره، همزمانی رشد اقتصادی با توسعه برنامه‌های حمایت اجتماعی دولت‌هاست. طبقه‌بندی JEL: C15, D31, I21, J23, J31 </p> The relationship between economic growth and income distribution is one of the most important issues for all countries especially developing economies. There are different and sometimes contradictory views about such relationship. This research tries to analytically study the relationship between economic growth and income distribution in Latin American countries. Two indicators, namely, ‘Gini Coefficient’ and ‘Income Deciles Desperation Ratio’ are used for this research. The results show that the relationship between the two mentioned phenomena was positive in some countries and negative in some others. Economic growth and income distribution were concurring in the same direction in some countries such as Brazil and Argentina in a country while in a country like Chile, the economic growth affected the income distribution under the government's supportive measures. In short, since 2003, income distribution has stared a recovery trend in Latin American economies.
