fa تاثیر حاکمیت نهادی بر پایداری زیست‌محیطی انرژی از راه پایداری اقتصادی و اجتماعی مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های اثرگذار بر پایداری انرژی و بررسی ارتباطات میان جنبه‌های پایداری انرژی با توجه به دیدگاه نهادی است. پژوهش حاضر، با تلفیق مدل سلسله‌مراتبی نهادی ویلیامسون و ارتباطات علّی توسعه پایدار انرژی آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی به دنبال ارائۀ چارچوبی است که با انتخاب 110 کشور توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه (بر اساس بیش‌ترین داده‌های موجود)، با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی، به بررسی مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ها و روابط میان پایداری نهادی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، و زیست‌محیطی می&rlm; پردازد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان می‌دهد که نهادهای غیررسمی (سرمایه اجتماعی) و رسمی (حاکمیت خوب، فضای نهادی، و نهاد بازار) به عنوان مولفه‌های موثر بر پایداری انرژی، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر پایداری اقتصادی، اجتماعی، و زیست‌محیطی سیستم‌های انرژی دارند. همچنین، اثرهای پایداری اقتصادی بر پایداری اجتماعی و تاثیر هر دوی آن&rlm;ها بر پایداری زیست‌محیطی مثبت و معنادار است. به عبارتی دیگر، ارتقای جنبه‌های نهادی، اقتصادی، و اجتماعی پایداری با درجه &rlm;های متفاوت، تاثیر مثبتی در ارتقای پایداری زیست‌محیطی ملّی و بین‌المللی دارند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this paper is to identify the most important components affecting energy sustainability and to study the relationship among energy sustainability dimensions by taking an institutional approach. Hence, this study aims to reach a framework through synthesizing Williamson&rsquo;s institutional hierarchy and the causal relational framework of IAEA/IEA. In order to collect data, a sample of 110 out of 196 developed and under-developed countries was selected. Using partial least squares method, the most important components and interrelationships among institutional, economic, social and environmental sustainability were analyzed. The results of path analysis show that both informal institutions, such as social capital, and formal institutions, like good governance, institutional environment and market institution have positive influence on economic, social and environmental sustainability of energy systems. Also, the effects of economic sustainability on social sustainability and the effects they both have on environmental sustainability are positive and significant. In other words, enhancing all aspects of institutional, economic and social sustainability with different degrees contributes to the improvement of environmental sustainability at national and international levels.</div> انرژی, پایداری نهادی, حاکمیت خوب, نهاد بازار, پایداری زیست‌محیطی.
