fa توسعه رهبری کار آموزشی در دانشگاه بر پایه خلق، انتشار و کاربرد دانش مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف از این پژوهش، ارتقای رهبری و تحول در دانشگاه و بیان پیشنهادهای لازم به مدیران ارشد دانشگاه، با استفاده از تبیین رهبری کارآموزشی بر پایه خلق، انتشار و کاربرد دانش است. این پژوهش با روش تصادفی ساده بر روی 200 نفر از کارکنان یک دانشگاه دولتی اجرا گردید. ابزار سنجش، دو پرسش‌نامه خلق، انتشار و کاربرد دانش و نیز رهبری کارآموزشی است. با استفاده از مدل همبستگی بنیادی میان دو مجموعه مدیریت دانش و رهبری کارآموزشی، سه مدل استخراج گردید؛ 1. اگر سن، تجربه خدمتی، خلق دانش، انتشار دانش و کاربرد دانش، به‌ترتیب با ضرایب 0، 0، 5، 6 و 0 باشند، مؤلفه‌های پنج‌گانه رهبری کارآموزشی به‌ترتیب با ضرایب 6-، 15، 2، 0 و 3 پیش‌بینی می‌شود؛ 2. اگر سن، تجربه خدمتی، خلق، انتشار و کاربرد دانش، به‌ترتیب با ضرایب 0، 0، 11، 14- و 10 باشند، رهبری آموزشی، به‌ترتیب با ضرایب 23، 16-، 2، 3- و 0 پیش‌بینی می‌شود. در مدل سوم و آخر، اگر سن، تجربه خدمتی، خلق، انتشار و کاربرد دانش، به‌ترتیب با ضرایب 1-، 1، 6-، 13 و 3- باشند، رهبری کارآموزشی، به‌ترتیب 5، 1-، 5-، 16 و 16- خواهد بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This research was conducted in a state university for the purpose of enhancing academic work leadership on the basis of knowledge&nbsp;management and making recommendations to the high-ranking&nbsp;managers of that university. The statistical population consisted of 200 staff and faculty members of the university, who were chosen by the simple random sampling method. Measurement tools were knowledge&nbsp;management and academic work leadership questionnaires. Using&nbsp;fundamental correlation model between knowledge management and leadership in academic work, three contingency models were&nbsp;<br> extracted. In the first model, if age, service experience, knowledge creation, knowledge distribution, and knowledge application have&nbsp;consecutively the coefficients of 0, 0, 5, 6, and 0, then the five factors of leadership in academic work are predicted to have -6, 15, 2, 0, and 3 coefficients. In the second model, if age, service experience, knowledge&nbsp;creation, knowledge distribution, knowledge application have&nbsp;consecutively the coefficients of 0, 0, 11, -14, and 10, factors of&nbsp;leadership in academic work are predicted to have 23, -16, 2, -3, and 0 coefficients.
