fa نیاز مدیران ارشد به سیستمهای اطلاعاتی مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify">مدیران ارشد سازمانها، به عنوان پیشگامان حرکت به سوی کامیابی، با تصمیمات خود نقش بسزایی در عملکرد سازمان ایفا می‌کنند؛ این مقاله با مدنظر قراردادن نقش مدیران ارشد در پیشبرد اهداف سازمان به دنبال شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران ارشد در قالب سیستمهای اطلاعاتی مدیران ارشد است که از طریق آن مدیران ارشد قادر خواهند بود تا نیازهای اطلاعاتی خود را در کمترین زمان ممکن به صورتی دقیق، مطمئن، و آسان به دست آورند. در این مقاله، عملکرد اصلی مدیران ارشد یعنی تصمیم‌گیری از جنبه‌های مختلف و از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران تعریف شده است و با تعیین و تبیین نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران ارشد ویژگیهای سیستم اطلاعاتی که بتواند نیازهای اطلاعاتی آنان را تأمین کند،از دیدگاه مفهومی معرفی شده است. در ادامه، به عوامل مؤثر در پیاده‌سازی و محدودیتهای پیاده‌سازی آن به صورتی گذرا اشاره شده است.</p> Asharbingers of upward mobility and progress, senior managers, with their decisions, play a vital role in the performance of the organization. Zooming on the senior managers' role in promoting the organization's objectives, this article attempts to identify the information needs of senior managers, through which the latter would find the needed information speedily, accurately, confidently, and easily. The article views the senior managers' main duty, namely decision- making, from various perspectives and in accordance with the outlooks of experts. After determining the information needs of senior managers, the article elaborates on the features of the information systems that could meet those needs.
