fa طراحی چارچوب ارزیابی آمادگی پیاده‌سازی سیستم مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها بر اساس عوامل حیاتی موفقیت مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و آزمودن عوامل حیاتی موفقیت و آمادگی پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها متمرکز شده است. بدین منظور، ابتدا با مطالعه ادبیات و گزارش‌های مختلف از پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها و روش دلفی، عوامل حیاتی موفقیت تعریف و شناسایی شدند و سپس پنج عامل حیاتی موفقیت ابتدایی و زیر‌عامل‌های آنها از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان، مجریان و کارشناسان مدیریت دانش اصلاح و صحه‌گذاری گردیدند. طبق جدول مورگان با توجه به محدود بودن حجم جامعه آماری، نمونه آماری 210 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، و توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها تکمیل شد و با استفاده از تکنیک الگو‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، روابط ساختاری این الگو آزمون شد. طبق یافته‌ها، کلیه شاخص‌های برازش الگو در دامنه، قابل قبول بودند و تأیید شدند. بر اساس نتایج، ساختار سازمانی و فرهنگ سازمانی بیشترین میزان اثر‌گذاری و همبستگی را با آمادگی و موفقیت به‌کارگیری مدیریت دانش داشتند. This article tries to identify and examine the Critical Success Factors in the way to establish Knowledge Management in organizations. Therefore, firstly, the related literature was reviewed along with various reports on Knowledge Management in organizations in addition to Delphi technique in order to identify and define the Critical Success Factors. Accordingly, five basic Critical Success Factors as well as the sub-factors concerned were adjusted and reaffirmed through questionnaires and interviews with the scholars, administrators and experts of Knowledge Management. As the volume of the statistical population was limited, 210 samples were selected through simple random sampling method based on Morgan Table. The filled-out questionnaires were later tested through structural equations modeling technique to analyze the structural relations of the model. The findings indicate that all the indicators of the model fitting were acceptable in the range. The results showed that organizational structure and organizational culture had the most amount of effectiveness and co-integration regarding readiness and success in applying Knowledge Management. مدیریت دانش, عوامل حیاتی موفقیت, آمادگی سازمانی, راهبرد, فرهنگ سازمانی.
