fa دولت الکترونیکی مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research دولت الکترونیکی، حاصل استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات است که با پیاده کردن آن در سطح دولت، از نظر کارایی و اثربخشی سیستم‌های دولتی و نحوه خدمات رسانی تغییراتی شگرف ایجاد می‌شود که رضایت مردمی را در سطح وسیعی به دنبال خواهد داشت. در این نوشتار با تشریح این مفهوم جدید جهانی، سعی شده است اهمیت دولت الکترونیکی و اجتناب ناپذیر بودن آن در جامعه اطلاعاتی، اهمیت پاسخگویی به نیازهای مردمی، اهمیت دیدگاه مردم نسبت به دولت و بالعکس و نهایتاً فرایند ایجاد دولت الکترونیکی و مشکلات به کارگیری آن تشریح شود.
