The statistical population included employees of Ahvaz governmental organizations. Non-probability sampling method (available sample) was used and finally, 307 questionnaires were returned by the subjects and provided the basis for data analysis. Validity was confirmed through evaluation of experts and reliability was measured through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Results of data analysis, based on structural equation modeling, show that transformational and servant leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on the reception to change but have a negative and significant impact on the resistance and indifference to change. }, URL = {http://jmdp.ir/article-1-3070-en.html}, eprint = {http://jmdp.ir/article-1-3070-en.pdf}, journal = {Management and Development Process}, doi = {10.29252/jmdp.32.2.135}, year = {2019} }
