This artcle deals with the insight studies of the missions, problems, and state of affairs of the universities in majority of developing countries. Form author's point of view the major emphasis in a university studies is based on research by both masters of knowledge and scholars. It is a continuous connection between facts and phenomena. the scientific stauts of the university. If we consider this as the main educational goal of the university, then its ultimate control should be in the hands of masters and scholars with a minimum direction form any outside source.
