هدف: مدیریت موثر و کارامد منابع انسانی برای موفقیت هر سازمان حیاتی است. ارتقای عملکرد کارکنان یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی سازمان‌ها در بخش دولتی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل مدیریت منابع انسانی با تعهد بالا در میان کارکنان آموزش‌ و پرورش استان قزوین و مناطق 14گانۀ آن انجام‌ می‏ شود.
طرح/ روش‏‌شناسی پژوهش/ رویکرد: نمونه آماری مطابق جدول مورگان 260 نفر انتخاب گردید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پیمایشی است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار Smart PLS2 انجام شده است.
یافته‏‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت منابع انسانی متعهدانه ادراک‌‏شده به‌‏طور مستقیم و مثبتی بر عملکرد فردی اثرگذار است. در ضمن، یافته‏‌ها نشانگر آن است که متغیرهای التزام کاری، تعهد حرفه‌ای، و حمایت سازمانی ادراک‏شده در روابط بین مدیریت منابع انسانی متعهدانه ادراک‌شده و عملکرد فردی در نقش میانجی ظاهر می‌شوند. 
ارزش/ اصالت: این پژوهش تلاش دارد رابطه بین مدیریت منابع انسانی متعهدانه ادراک‌شده بر عملکرد فردی را مورد بررسی قرار دهد تا مدل جامع‌تری از روابط بین متغیرها کسب نماید. بی‌شک، نتایج این پژوهش در ارتقای دانش مدیریت منابع انسانی متعهدانه تعیین‌کننده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش با مدلسازی مدیریت منابع انسانی متعهدانه ادراک‌شده در سطح فردی، حوزه دانش جدیدی را در ادبیات موضوع مطرح می‌سازد.
