In today's competitive environment, organizations are to survive inevitably to gain competitive advantage and in this regard, one of the issues that comes to assist organizational experts is information technology (IT). Use of any system to improve the situation needs to change some preparation previous and no doubt, when employees are exposed to fluctuations they can adapt themselves with their condition. But beyond these descriptions is that the impact of changes on employee performance and ultimately how will the performance of the organization. The goal of this research is examine the effect of Technology readiness on organizational performance. The statistical population include manufacturing firms in Tehran. The sample statistical is 78 companies, that the number of 233 questionnaires were collected using systematic random sampling. The tool of data collection is questionnaire. Cronbach’s Alpha is 0.88. Based on PLS, technology readiness have the most positive impact on organizational performance when the technology is ready to deploy its technology. On the other hand, "optimistic" one of the aspects of technology readiness least impact on organizational performance. Technology acceptance has not effect, not directly, not as moderating effect.
