This study tries to research strategically analyze the ethical behavior of employees in hotel industry is in Tehran. Previous studies hold that distributive justice and procedural justice assert strategic and positive effects on employees’ job satisfaction through their ethical behavior. The statistical population of the study is the reception-desk employees of three, four and five-star hotels in Tehran. A number of 196 people were selected as research samples by means of Simple Random Sampling method. Spearman Test and Path Analysis were employed in order to test the proposed model. The results showed that the ethical behavior of employees enjoy a strategic and constructive role in improving the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Thus, it is advisable that the hotel management take steps to increase employees’ perception of the distributive and procedural justice in order to stimulate ethical behavior and ultimately enhance their employee’s job satisfaction. This research may help hotels management in terms of promoting the ethical behavior of their employees to the benefit of all stakeholders of hotel industry
