This study aimed at the analysis of multiple regression between
servant leadership factors and perceived organizational justice with
work conscientiousness among faculty members of Urmia University.
Using descriptive-correlational method, a sample of 118 subjects was
selected through random stratified sampling method proportionate
to the total faculty members of each school. Data were gathered
through Servant Leadership Questionnaire according to Laub Model,
Organizational Justice Questionnaire according to Colqite Model,
and Work Conscientiousness Questionnaire according to Barrick and
Mount Model. The content validity of questionnaires was confirmed
by experts and their reliability was measured through Chronbach’s
alpha coefficient which were α=0.861, α=0.811 and α=0.912 for
servant leadership, organizational justice and work conscientiousness,
respectively. Data were analyzed based on research hypotheses and
by using MANOVA and regression analysis. The findings show
that servant leadership factors and perceived organizational justice
have positive significant relationship with work conscientiousness
components.
