fa تقویت مقاومت اجتماعی در ایران؛ ره‌آوردی تحلیلی در برنامه‌های توسعه با رویکرد امنیتِ اجتماعی‌شده فرایند توسعه Development Process پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:IRANsans"><span style="color:black"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر، کمک به شناخت هرچه دقیق‌تر زمینه‌ها و زیرساخت‌های تقویت جامعۀ مقاوم در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با توجه به نظریۀ امنیت اجتماعی‌شده و برنامه‌های توسعه است.</span><br> <span style="color:black"><strong>طرح پژوهش/ روش شناسی/رویکرد:</strong> تحقیق حاضر به&rlm;‌‌‌‌صورت کیفی و راهبرد آن، مبتنی بر روش تحلیل مضمون بوده است. متون مبنای تحلیل، تمامی برنامه‌های توسعۀ موجود در کشور بوده است که محقق با بهره‌مندی از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا، تلاش کرده است تا مضامین مستخرج از برنامه‌ها را کدگذاری، دسته‌بندی و تحلیل کند.</span><br> <span style="color:black"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که برای تقویت یک جامعه با ارائۀ برنامه‌های توسعه‌ای، لازم است به موضوعاتی توجه شود، این موضوعات عبارت‌&rlm;اند از: ارزیابی دقیق از میزان عدم اجرای صحیح برنامه‌ها؛ درک شرایط محیطی اعم از منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی؛ تدقیق وضعیت اقتصاد سیاسی حال حاضر و شرایط حاکم بر آن. این در صورتی است که با بی‌&rlm;توجهی به این موضوعات، برنامه‌ها در سطح خود باقی خواهند ماند و به ساحت اجرای هدفمند نخواهند رسید.</span><br> <span style="color:black"><strong>ارزش/اصالت پژوهش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند راه‌گشای بسیاری از ابهام‌&rlm;های حوزۀ سیاستی باشد. ماهیت بین‌&rlm;رشته‌ای این پژوهش و تلفیق دانش جامعه‌شناسی سیاسی و گفتمان مقاومت، جزء ارزش پژوهش حاضر به<span dir="LTR" lang="FA">&lrm;</span>شمار می<span dir="LTR" lang="FA">&lrm;</span>رود.</span><br> <span style="color:black"><strong>پیشنهادهای اجرایی/پژوهشی:</strong> این اثر، راهنمای مناسبی برای سیاست&rlm;گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب، به‌&rlm;منظور تقویت جامعۀ مقاوم در کشور است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"><span style="color:black"><span new="" roman="" times=""><strong>Objective:</strong> The aim of the present study is to help to understand more precisely the contexts and infrastructures for strengthening a resilient society in the Islamic Republic of Iran, considering the theory of socialized security and development programs</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">.</span></span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"><span style="color:black"><span new="" roman="" times="">Research design/methodology/approach: The present study was qualitative and its strategy was based on the content analysis method. The texts used as the basis for the analysis were all existing development programs in the country, and the researcher, using MaxQuda software, attempted to code, categorize, and analyze the themes extracted from the programs</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">.</span></span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"><span style="color:black"><b><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Findings:</span></span></b><span new="" roman="" times=""> The results showed that in order to strengthen a society by presenting development programs, it is necessary to pay attention to certain issues. These issues include: accurate assessment of the extent of incorrect implementation of programs; understanding of environmental conditions, both regional and international; examining the current political economy and the conditions governing it.
