fa شناسایی پیامد‌های استفاده از داشبوردهای راهبردی مدیریت با روش FCM Identifying the Consequences of Using Strategic Management Dashboards with the FCM Method رویکردهای مدیریت دولتی Public Administration Approches پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align:justify">هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر و پیامد‌های استفاده از داشبوردهای راهبردی مدیریت با روش FCM انجام پذیرفت. طرح پژوهش/ روش&rlm;‌شناسی/ رویکرد: پژوهش حاضر، به‌&rlm;صورت کمی و کیفی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع پیمایشی و اکتشافی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، مدیران سازمان‌های دولتی و اساتید دانشگاهی بودند و اعضای نمونه با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند.  در این پژوهش برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی، از روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری و در بخش کمّی، از روش نقشه شناختی فازی بهره برده شد. یافته&rlm;‌ها: نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است &rlm;که بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی سازمانی، مهم‌ترین عامل مؤثر بر استفاده از داشبورد‌های راهبردی مدیریتی است. همچنین افزایش سرعت تصمیم و کاهش هزینۀ اشتباهات تصمیم مهم‌ترین پیامد‌‌ آن است. ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: این پژوهش یکی از جدیدترین پدیده‌&rlm;های سازمانی تحت عنوان داشبورد&rlm;های راهبردی مدیریتی را بررسی کرده است. پژوه‌ش&rlm;های دیگر در این زمینه یا به طراحی داشبورد مدیریتی پرداخته&rlm;‌اند یا داشبوردهای راهبردی مدیریت را با عوامل دیگر سنجیده‌&rlm;اند؛ اما پژوهش حاضر با شناسایی عوامل مؤثر و پیامد&rlm;های استفاده از داشبوردهای راهبردی مدیریت، راه&rlm;کارهایی را ارائه می&rlm;کند که مدیران از نحوۀ استفادۀ داشبوردهای راهبردی مدیریت آگاه شوند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Purpose: the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors and consequences of using strategic management dashboards with the FCM method. Methodology: The current research has been done quantitatively and qualitatively. This research is practical in terms of purpose and survey and exploratory in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research is the managers of government organizations and university professors, whose sample members were selected by the purposeful sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical saturation.  In this research, content analysis and coding method was used in qualitative part and fuzzy cognitive map method in quantitative part for data analysis. Findings: The research results show that improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness is the most important factor affecting in using strategic management dashboards. Also, increasing decision speed and reducing the cost of decision mistakes is its most important consequence. Originality: This research has studied one of the newest organizational phenomena under the title of strategic management dashboards. Other researches in this field have either focused on the design of management dashboards or have measured strategic management dashboards with other factors.
