fa بررسی نقش سوداگری اداری بر بازتاب‌های مضمحل‌کننده شغلی با نقش میانجی رفتار سیاسی کارکنان مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">وجود بازتاب‌&rlm;های مضمحل‌کننده شغلی هزینه&rlm;‌های سنگین بسیاری بر سازما‌ن‌&rlm;ها و کارکنان تحمیل می&rlm;‌کند. با توجه به این پیامدهای منفی در عملکرد کارکنان و میزان بهره‌&rlm;وری سازمان‌ها، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر سوداگری اداری بر بازتاب&rlm;‌های مضمحل‌کننده شغلی با نقش میانجی رفتار سیاسی در کارکنان شهرداری زاهدان است. با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادله&rlm;‌های ساختاری از 300 نفر از کارکنان شهرداری زاهدان، نتایج تجزیه&rlm;‌وتحلیل داده&rlm;‌ها نشان می&rlm;دهد سوداگری اداری (با مولفه&rlm;‌های سوداگری برای کسب سِمت، سوداگری در فرایندهای کار، و سوداگری در منابع مالی) اثر مثبت و معناداری بر بازتاب&rlm;‌های مضمحل&rlm;‌کننده شغلی (با مولفه‌های کارزدگی شغلی، تنیدگی شغلی، و بدبینی سازمانی) دارد. همچنین، رفتار سیاسی (با مولفه&rlm;‌های هوشیاری اجتماعی، نفوذ بین&rlm;‌شخصی، توانایی شبکه‌ای، و صداقت)، ضمن اثر مثبت و معنادار بر بازتاب&rlm;‌های مضمحل&rlm;‌کنندۀ شغلی، در رابطه بین سوداگری اداری و بازتاب&rlm;‌های مضمحل&rlm;‌کننده شغلی به شکل مثبتی نقش میانجی را ایفا می‌&rlm;کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Job destructive reflections impose heavy costs on organizations and employees. Considering these negative consequences and their&nbsp;effects on employee performance and organizations&rsquo; productivity, the&nbsp;purpose of this study is to investigate the role of administrative&nbsp;trading in the destructive reflections of job with the mediating role of political behavior among Zahedan Municipality employees. Data&nbsp;were collected from 300 employees and structural equations modeling&nbsp;approach was applied for data analysis. Results show that administrative trading, consisting of indexes such as acquiring higher status, work&nbsp;processes and financial resources have positive and significant&nbsp;impact on job destructive reflections, consisting of such indexes as job&nbsp;disinterest, job stress and organizational cynicism.
