fa اثر سرمایه فکری هیئت‌مدیره بر عملکرد نقش های هیئت‌مدیره شرکت‌ های دولتی: نقش تعدیل گری محرک های هیئت‌مدیره مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">یکی از پرچالش‌ترین موضوع&rlm;‌ها در حوزه حاکمیت شرکتی، کاهش هزینه نمایندگی مدیران در هیئت‌مدیره شرکت‌های دولتی است. از این نظر، پژوهش حاضر نقش تعدیل&rlm;‌گری محرک‌های هیئت‌مدیره (جبران خدمات مالی، وابستگی هیئت‌مدیره به مدیرعامل، و وابستگی هیئت‌مدیره به دولت) را بر رابطه بین سرمایه فکری هیئت‌مدیره و عملکرد نقش‌های هیئت‌مدیره (راهبردی، کنترل، و تامین منابع و خدمات) در شرکت‌های دولتی بررسی می&rlm;کند. از میان 127 شرکت دولتی، با ابزار پرسش‌نامه و مد‌لسازی معادله‌&rlm;های ساختاری، یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سرمایه فکری هیئت‌مدیره بر عملکرد هر یک از نقش‌های هیئت‌مدیره اثر مثبت و معنادار دارد. آزمون متغیرهای تعدیل&rlm;گر نشان می‌&rlm;دهد که جبران خدمات مالی نمی&rlm;‌تواند اثر سرمایه فکری هیئت‌مدیره را بر عملکرد نقش‌های هیئت‌مدیره تعدیل کند. از سوی دیگر، میزان وابستگی اعضای هیئت‌مدیره به مدیرعامل اثر سرمایه فکری هیئت‌مدیره را بر عملکرد نقش راهبردی هیئت‌مدیره به شکل مثبت و معناداری تعدیل می&rlm;کند. همچنین، میزان وابستگی اعضای هیئت‌مدیره به دولت اثر سرمایه فکری هیئت‌مدیره را بر عملکرد نقش کنترل هیئت‌مدیره به‌طور منفی و معنادار تعدیل می&rlm;‌کند.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the most challenging issues in corporate governance is the&nbsp;reduction of managers&rsquo; agency costs in state-owned companies. The purpose of this study is to find out if the three board&rsquo;s incentives&nbsp;(financial services compensation, the board&rsquo;s dependency on the CEO and the board&rsquo;s dependency on the government) play a moderating role in the relation between the board&#39;s intellectual capital and performance&nbsp;of the board&rsquo;s roles (strategic, control, providing resources and services) in state-owned enterprises. To collect data, 127 state-owned companies were selected and questionnaires, together with structural equation&nbsp;modeling (SEM), were applied. Findings show that the board&#39;s&nbsp;intellectual capital has a significant and positive impact on the&nbsp;performance of the board&rsquo;s roles. Furthermore, financial service&nbsp;compensation has not moderated the impact of the board members&rsquo;&nbsp;intellectual capital on performance of their roles. On the other hand, the findings of this study show that the level of the board&rsquo;s dependency on the CEO has moderated the impact of the board&#39;s intellectual capital on strategic role performance in a positive and significant way.
