fa رابطه حقوق تأمین اجتماعی و حقوق مدنی مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <p align="justify" style="DIRECTION: rtl">این مقاله به رابطه حقوق تأمین اجتماعی و حقوق مدنی می‌پردازد و توضیح می‌دهد که این دو رشته از حقوق با وجود تقابل در مبانی نظری مکمل یکدیگرند به نحوی که حقوق تأمین اجتماعی در مواردی که قواعد حقوق مدنی کارکردهای اجتماعی خود را از دست داده است به کمک آن آمده است. از سوی دیگر حقوق مدنی رشته مادر حقوق است و حقوق تأمین اجتماعی به مفاهیم حقوق مدنی نظر دارد و از آن تبعیت می‌کند.</p> <p>This article tries to study the relationship between social security law and civil law. it explains that although their theoretical fundamentals contrast one another, these two fields of law complement each other in a way that social security law has turned into a helping hand for civil law in the cases that the former had already lost its social functions.
