A sample of 200 employees was randomly selected according to their work place faculty, in a stratified way proportionate to volume of each faculty. Two questionnaires were made for data collection, namely: “organizational socialization questionnaire” based on Taormina model and “organizational learning questionnaire” based on Nife model. The reliability of both questionnaires was measured, through using alpha-Cronbach coefficient in a pilot study of 30 people. The reliability for organizational socialization questionnaire was α=0/921, while that of organizational learning questionnaire stood α=0/877. The data were analyzed based on the research hypotheses through MANOVA analysis technique and multiple Regressions. The results indicated that training, mutual understanding and coworker support have positive and significant role in predicting shared vision, organizational learning culture, team-working, team-learning, knowledge sharing and system thinking. %> http://jmdp.ir/article-1-1826-en.pdf %P 115-132 %& 115 %! %9 Research %L A-10-1-445 %+ %G eng %@ 1735-0719 %[ 2013
