The concept of management has been in existence for a long time: but in the recent years is has been studied in depth by experts. A cursory look at most of the schools on management in the past century shows that management scholars have had in mind to develop and advance this science and its consequences. Even in a school of management such as the school of human relation, in which the relation among men is emphasized, the main purpose has been to gain more Profit from the Labor of men thus, human exploitation has been in use to increase Capital or to Provide job positions.
