Asharbingers of upward mobility and progress, senior managers, with their decisions, play a vital role in the performance of the organization. Zooming on the senior managers' role in promoting the organization's objectives, this article attempts to identify the information needs of senior managers, through which the latter would find the needed information speedily, accurately, confidently, and easily. The article views the senior managers' main duty, namely decision- making, from various perspectives and in accordance with the outlooks of experts. After determining the information needs of senior managers, the article elaborates on the features of the information systems that could meet those needs. Further, the article refers in passing to factors contributing to or restricting the enforcement of these systems.
