Creativity is nowadays viewed as a means of foster dynamism in any given organization. Many organizations have aspired to boost creativity through painstaking efforts and huge spending. Still most organizations are not completely satisfied with the results. Various plans to promote creativity have actually failed to yield the expected outcomes. Some questions that need to be addressed pertain to where creativity stands in Iranian organizations,whether creativity has been institutionalized, and whether it is vital after all. To answer these questions, a questionnaire was formulated based on research studies in the field and administered in four different organizations in a Iranian province to help identify province to help identify hurdles along the way of creativity in domestic organizations.
