fa نیازسنجی آموزشی مدیران عالی در بخش دولتی ایران مدیرت دولتی Public Administration پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify">بی‌شک، در فعالیت‌های آموزشی به یادگیری مهارت‌ها، دانش و گرایش‌های مورد نیاز برای انجام یا بهبود وظایف و شغل توجه می‌شود. بنابراین، مدیران عالی که در سازمان دولت فعالیت می‌کنند نیز به آموزش نیاز دارند، اما مبانی آموزش آنها، متفاوت از سایر رده‌های مدیریتی است که در سطح سازمان فعالیت می‌کنند. مقاله حاضر، حاصل پژوهشی درباره تعیین نیازهای آموزشی مدیران عالی بخش دولتی ایران است که می‌توان یافتههای آن را در طراحی الگوی آموزشی مطلوب مدیران مذکور مورد استفاده قرار داد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، می‌توان فعالیت‌های عمده مدیران عالی را در بخش دولتی ایران به شرح زیر طبقه‌بندی کرد: 1) تحلیل محیطی و جهت‌گیری راهبردی؛ 2) آینده‌نگری و تعمیق حاکمیت اسلامی؛ 3) معماری سازمانی و تأمین مشارکت ذینفعان؛ 4) برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، و نظارت؛ و 5) هدایت و رهبری مجموعه تحت نظر. برای انجام فعالیت‌های مذکور، نیازهای آموزشی مدیران عالی در سه سطح حاکمیتی، بخشی، و شغلی شناسایی و گروه‌بندی شدند </p> Needless to say, one of the outstanding areas in training activities is that of gaining skills, knowledge and minors needed for performing or improving job duties. Therefore, senior managers working in the governmental sector need to be trained as well though their training principles are different from that of other managerial levels. This paper tries to study and assess the training needs of senior managers in Iran’s governmental sector. Its findings could be used in formulating an ideal training model for such managers.
