چکیده:   (1405 مشاهده)
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر هوش هیجانی بر بروز رفتارهای مثبت کاری از جمله رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و کاهش رفتارهای مخرب و منفی مانند رفتار کاری غیرمولد در سازمان انجام میگیرد.
طرح پژوهش/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان اداره‌‏های ورزش و جوانان استان زنجان تشکیل میدهند که جمعاً 315 نفر هستند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل 160 پرسشنامه استاندارد از طریق تحلیل مسیر و مدل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: رابطه معکوس و معناداری بین هوش هیجانی و رفتار کاری غیرمولد، رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین هوش هیجانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، و رابطه معکوس و معناداری بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و رفتار کاری غیرمولد وجود دارد.
پیشنهادهای اجرایی: یافته‌­های این پژوهش می­‌تواند در اجرای بهتر و داوطلبانه رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی و افول رفتارهای غیرمولد و به تبع آن، افزایش بهره‌وری در سازمان نقش بسزایی داشته باشد. مدیران سازمان‌ها می‌توانند ترتیبی اتخاذ نمایند که با افزایش هوش هیجانی کارکنان موجب تقویت رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، حس فداکاری، و تعهد کاری در آنان شوند، و در نتیجه، گرایش کمتری به انجام تخلف در محیط کار شاهد باشند.
